How do we choose which reviews to show?
We don’t: every genuine customer review is published, positive or negative, as long as it contains no abuse or personal data. We don’t pay for reviews and we never write any ourselves.

Yes. Every review comes from a real customer and shows its source and date; when it was posted on a public platform, a link lets you read the original. We write no reviews ourselves and never buy any.
Do you publish negative reviews too?
Yes. A critical review helps us improve and gives future customers an honest picture. We only remove a review if it contains abuse or personal data or is unrelated to our services, and we may reply publicly.
I’m not satisfied: what should I do?
