Yes. In your customer area, under “My services”, the “Change plan” button lets you upgrade, downgrade or change the billing period. What you have already paid is credited pro rata.
Your hosting renews automatically for the same period, at the price shown when you ordered. You can turn off automatic renewal at any time from your customer area.
Yes, we move your existing WordPress site for free. After ordering, send us your site’s address and we take care of the rest.
If the hosting is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of your order to ask for a refund. Domain names cannot be refunded once registered.
Prices are shown excluding VAT. The VAT that applies in your country is added at checkout, based on your billing address. Businesses can enter their VAT number, which will appear on the invoice.
