- Domain registration
When you register a domain name with WordPress Hoster, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information. You also agree to update this information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
- Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified, all elements of the WordPress Hoster service, including without limitation, text, images, designs, graphics, logos, icons, and all software and source code are the exclusive property of WordPress Hoster and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services for : (a) upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, libelous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; (b) infringe the copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets or other proprietary rights of third parties; (c) transmit viruses or any other harmful computer code.
- Compensation
You agree to indemnify and hold WordPress Hoster, its officers, directors, employees and agents, harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, recoveries, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, fines, court costs and other expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these terms and conditions or your improper use of our services.
- Limitation of liability
In no event will WordPress Hoster be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.
- Changes to the Terms and Conditions
WordPress Hoster reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and it is your responsibility to check for changes regularly. Your continued use of our services following any changes to these terms and conditions will mean that you accept those changes.

- Force Majeure
WordPress Hoster shall not be liable for any delay or failure due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, governmental actions, wars, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, floods, power failures, server attacks, network problems, strikes or shortages of labor, materials or transportation.
- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising out of these terms and conditions shall be resolved by the competent courts located in France.
- Refund and right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of subscription to our services to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your decision or pay any penalties. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision in a clear written statement (by post or e-mail). If the right of withdrawal is exercised in time, we will refund all payments made in full within a maximum of fourteen (14) days of receipt of your request.
After this withdrawal period, no refund will be granted. The service will remain active until the end of the payment period, without interruption or pro rata refund. No refunds are possible for domain name registrations, which are personalized products from the moment they are registered.
- Complete Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with any policies or operating rules published by us on this site or in connection with the service, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. These terms and conditions govern your use of the service, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether written or oral, between you and us (including, without limitation, any prior versions of the terms and conditions).
Please note that these terms and conditions have been translated for your convenience. In the event of contradiction or ambiguity between the French version and any translation, the French version shall prevail.
